Apple Feta Salad with Raspberry Vinegar Dressing

I got the recipe from Clusters of Carolyn but didn't need to make the vinaigrette because we use President's Choice Raspberry-flavoured Balsamic Vinegar. We also chose to keep all the ingredients separate and have people make their own salad with toppings of their choice.

Ingredients for salad:

2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce
2 Apples, chopped
1 pkg Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 small pkg Walnuts
1 pkg Feta Cheese
Raspberry-flavoured Balsamic Vinegar

Tip for cooking bacon bits: I use my clean kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into small pieces before cooking it. Saves burning fingers and my scissors come apart so they can be well cleaned after.
